For more than 25 years our skilled installers have completed several hundred large-scale commercial and industrial telecommunications cabling projects. From K-12 schools to large college campus projects, we have the experience to provide our customers with industry compliant installations that exceed our customer expectations.

Our president and CEO, John Comstock, has 28 years of structured cabling experience and is one of a handful of structured cabling pioneers in Maine. In 1993, he was one of four founding members of the Orono, Maine based tech firm "The Network Connection" and focused on building network cabling infrastructure for K-12 schools as part of the E-Rate program.

In 1998 John started another Orono based tech company named "Networks Northeast, Inc" and quickly became the leading structured cabling company in Central and Eastern Maine. In early 2003 he sold Networks Northeast to Maine's largest construction company and worked with them until 2006, running their structured cabling group. Since then, he has continued to work in the industry as a project manager and estimator for many leading tech companies.

In 2016 he founded Neocomm, LLC and upgraded the fiber optic infrastructure of one of the country's top 50 Fortune 500 manufacturing facilities, installing several thousand feet of singlemode fiber optic cable across multiple buildings and providing the terminations and testing to meet their "Brilliant Factory" initiative. After many years of successful installations throughout Maine, Neocomm, LLC looks forward to expanding its base of satisfied customers.
